Speed.
Elixa SPE 21 reaches a maximum speed of 21 ppm, making it ideal for in-store applications.
"Plug & Pack" Operation.
The operation of Elixa SPE 21 is extremely simple and intuitive, requiring no specific training. The wrapping machine is delivered ready to use, requires no preliminary operations before startup, and is easy to use even for operators with no prior experience in the role.
Automatic Tray Recognition.
As in all machines of the Elixa® series, automatic tray recognition is a feature of Elixa SPE 21, requiring no intervention from the operator.
Single Film Width.
Thanks to the super-stretch technology of Elixa®, Elixa SPE 21 can wrap products of any size using film with a single band size (280 mm). The machine automatically recognizes the dimensions of the product and, keeping its width stable, determines the length of the film needed for optimal wrapping, ensuring material savings and a lower environmental impact.
Film Coil Change in Less Than 30".
With Elixa SPE 21, coil change takes less than 30" and is easy, without the need for specific equipment. In addition to the wrapper configuration, the reduced weight of the stretch film coils produced by Fabbri Group, which always have an optimized thickness-performance ratio, resulting in savings and environmental benefits, further facilitates replacement.
Maximum Operator Safety.
Elixa SPE 21 complies with Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Union. The machine features smooth lines without sharp angles or edges, while moving, hot, or sharp parts are protected by non-bypassable safety devices.
Programmable Standby and Minimal Consumption.
Programming the standby mode of Elixa SPE 21 allows customization of machine deactivation based on production needs and methods, minimizing consumption and environmental impact. Additionally, Elixa SPE 21 does not require or use compressed air.
