Wrapping machines Elixa®

The wrapping machines Elixa® are fully automatic, reliable and have a system, patented in its time, of ironing the film in 4 directions that, in combination with the automatic recognition of the product format, offers maximum benefits to those who have to package products with very variable formats and therefore need maximum flexibility, making them unique in the world. The super-stretch Elixa® technology allows you to pack any type of tray and food using a reel of film of unique range, resulting in considerable advantages in terms of management, both cost savings.

Fully automatic and compact, the wrapping machines Elixa® are the most suitable solution for medium productivity and working environments where it is necessary to optimize the spaces. They are particularly appreciated in the departments of supermarkets, such as butchery, poultry, fish, gastronomy, fruit and vegetables, but also in industry.

Thanks to the historical experience of Fabbri Group in the production of both packaging machines and food films, the wrapping of fresh and fresh food products offered by the wrapping machines Elixa® in combination with the stretch films of Fabbri Group allows to protect and preserve foods optimizing the amount of material used. The machines of the range Elixa® however achieve optimal packaging results even with the main stretch films available on the market.

The machines Elixa® have kits for the installation of scales labeling (weigh-pricers) manual or automatic of all major brands on the market. All machines Elixa® have the TÜV SÜD certification, confirming compliance with the Machinery Directive of the European Union, a service that Fabbri Group has the pleasure of offering to its customers avoiding a cost that would be borne by the user.

Elixa 14

Elixa 14 is the entry-level model among the Elixa super-stretch packaging machines, ideal for those who want to switch from manual to automatic packaging.

Elixa 21

Elixa 21 is the “Elixa” stretch wrapper with front exit, ideal for packaging fresh and very fresh food products.

Elixa 24

Elixa 24 uses the ‘Elixa’ super-stretch technology to package meat, fish, fruit, vegetables and delicatessen products automatically, simply and quickly.

Elixa 35

Elixa 35 is the most productive automatic packaging machine in the ‘Elixa’ series, suitable for medium and large packaging centres and retail outlets.

The packaging machines Automac® use the main stretch films available on the market, but, thanks to the historical experience of Fabbri Group in the production of both packaging machines and food films, record optimal performance and savings with stretch films, neutral and printed form, of the Group. Our designers are at the customer’s disposal for the creation of customized prints and graphics, realized in collaboration or at the customer’s request, for a better communication and marketing of the product.

The use of printed films, in fact, provides additional opportunities for communication and branding and, eventually , improves or enhances the appearance of packaged food making the packaging more visible and inviting once displayed at the point of sale.All machines Automac® boast the MTIC Intercert certification, confirming the compliance of the wrapping machine with the European Union Machinery Directive, a service that Fabbri Group has the pleasure of offering to its customers avoiding a cost that would be borne by the user.

Automac Dual, Automac Industrial and Automac Ultra are part of the Fabbri Hybrid family of machines dedicated to the packaging of fresh and fresh products with any type of tray and any type of stretch film (traditional, biobased, compostable films).
