Astra

The machines of the Astra series represent the ideal packaging solution for large-scale productions that require the sealing of trays, even irregular ones, of medium and large dimensions.

They can pack in seal only, protective atmosphere (ATP or MAP) and skin. Astra tray-sealing machines are in-line machines equipped with the EMI (electro-mechanical-hydraulic) system with two independent ways.

The automatic tray-sealing machines guarantee extreme precision and synchronized movement thanks to the hydraulic movement and brushless systems that allow the packaged product and the machine to perform each movement with fluidity thanks to the electric control of the motors.

The maximum working dimensions are the only element that distinguishes the various models of the Astra series, which can also be integrated with dosers, unstackers, lid-removers and more than two hundred optional extras accessories : in this way Gruppo Fabbri meets the needs of its customers thanks to the creation of specific solutions and complete high-speed lines.

Pelid 22

PELid 22 is a co-extruded, low thickness PE or PP sealant monoextruded barrier film for packaging products in a protective atmosphere (meat, fish, cheese, ready meals, fruit, vegetables, etc.).

PELid 37 is the co-extruded, single-folded barrier film with PE or PP sealant for food packaging in a protective atmosphere, also suitable for use on thermoforming machines (top).

PELid 45 is the coextruded, PE-sealable barrier film ideal for packaging products in a protective atmosphere, such as red meat, white meat, sausages, fish, cheese, fresh pasta, ready meals, fruit and vegetables.
