Fabbri Group offers high-speed automatic lines for the packaging of fruit, vegetables, IV and V range, dried fruit and cereals in heat-sealed trays with or without MAP.
Experience in dosing and knowledge of the products plays a fundamental role in this area: the lines are adaptable to different types of products.
For example, the preparation of a mixed salad can include dosing systems for two or three types of salad with different leaves and a dosage of grits, ham cubes, crusty bread, cheese.
The resealable lid is often used for dried fruits and nuts so that the package can be resealed and reused without compromising the freshness of the product.
The line can easily adapt to trays of different shapes (rectangular, oval, etc.) and to all the latest environmentally friendly packaging materials. The long feeding section allows the installation of dosers dedicated to a single ingredient.

The advantage of an automatic line is that it makes it possible to optimize the number of dedicated operators, whereas a production line consisting of the heat sealer alone would necessarily use more people per shift to achieve the same productivity.
