What are the reasons that have led to the founding of Automac Service?
Lazio, as well as Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto, is one of the Italian regions where large-scale retail shops reach the most significant concentrations of outlets: service in an area with so many machines at work must be able to assure an extensive support. The main goal of Automac Service consists precisely in offering an even more timely, direct presence.
What does this takeover involve and what goals will you be focusing on?
Until now, an Authorised Service Centre has taken care, and rather well, of services to customers in Lazio, through specialised technical staff and constantly trained. Since 1 July, the same team will be operating on behalf of Automac Service, a company entirely owned by Gruppo Fabbri Vignola. Therefore, the distance between the manufacturer and the market will be reduced, ensuring continuity in know-how and in daily operations, in addition to a significant strengthening of the means available, thanks to investments in technology, equipment and training borne by the new company.
What added feature will the new company be able to offer?
The direct relationship with customers allows for reduced operating times and an even greater attention to the market needs. The possible investments and the synergy with those who have, until now, worked on the market, will enable the Group to provide an even more attentive and updated level of service.
Could a similar strategy be implemented abroad?
On foreign markets, the organisation provides for the intervention of branches in some countries and of distributors in others, who are in charge on one hand of the commercial management of the area and on the other of the maintenance and management of services, according to the shared guidelines and aimed at standardising the quality level provided. A similar operation on a foreign market could undoubtedly be an opportunity, but it is always good to be cautious, setting aside the necessary analysis times, so it is now appropriate to focus on Automac Service.
