Storm
Storm is the semi-automatic “entry level” CAVECO tray-sealing machine, which is characterized by its extreme flexibility and operational simplicity.
Equipped with a 100 m3/h vacuum pump, the packaging machine is suitable for packaging food and non-food products in pre-formed trays under vacuum with skin effect, even in the presence of overflowing products.
Storm operation is very simple: the operator positions the tray in the special die, lowers the sealing head and waits for the skin cycle to complete. The operator can then open the machine and manually cut the edges of the packs using the template provided. Then he will be ready to start a new packaging cycle.
Storm can handle trays of various sizes and materials. Its touch-screen monitor is simple and intuitive, equipped with PLC.
