Gamma

Gamma tray-sealers meet the production requirements of large companies with a high level of automation.

The series identifies 6 in-line models capable of packaging products in seal-only, vacuum, modified atmosphere and skin modes, even with protruding products.

These packaging machines can also be integrated with automatic dosers, multi-head weighers, automatic loading systems, unstackers, lid inserters and more than two hundred other different optional accessories, giving rise to complex, highly customized lines operating at high speeds that can exceed 200 pieces/minute.

The Gamma packaging machines are equipped with electro-hydraulic handling, one of the strengths of the Caveco brand, which allows extreme precision and synchronization of movement during operations, and/or the classic electro-pneumatic handling. Both movements are assisted by brushless motors to fully exploit the speed and avoid spillage of liquid products. The movements of the active parts can be set by means of brushless systems that allow a continuous feed system thanks to the electric control of the motors.

Other features of the Gamma series, much appreciated by the market, are the stable structure made of resistant materials such as inox steel AISI 304 and aluminum, the high ergonomics, the bilateral access and the working area arranged for sanitation in IP65, the easy and fast mold change that does not require any type of equipment thanks to the electro-hydraulic or electro-pneumatic lifting system, the intuitive touch-screen monitor, the high reliability and ease of use.

PELid 22
